The Dimensional Shift Beyond the Mayan Calendar Transition

As we near the completion of the ninth wave of the Mayan Calendar, it is important that we use heart-centered awareness to discern the true harmonic frequencies of love and creativity from the false fear, conflict, control, and separation frequencies.

With the ninth wave completion on 10/28/11 and further awakening on 11/11/11, the full informational and energetic structure of unity consciousness is available through the earth, solar system, and human consciousness.  While this potential was never totally lost, many thousands of years of conditioning in dense negative frequencies necessitated an energetic correction process.  The energies from the galactic center, the sun, higher dimensional and angelic assistance has enabled this energetic evolution for the earth and humanity.  The timing of the natural solar and galactic cycles have been used to elevate frequency and awaken humanity to their true multidimensional being in incarnate form.

However, with the ending of the current phase as understood by Carl Calleman’s interpretation of the Mayan Calendar, the harmonic manifestation of unity consciousness is not yet activated.  It will only become fully activated through a dimensional shift which is a dimensional ascension.  Therefore, critical work in our transformation, evolution, and ascension must occur after the completion period of the Mayan Calendar transition.  In biblical revelation, the ending of the age occurs “in the blink of an eye” where the exact date and time is unknown.

The work that humanity must do is to fully disconnect consciousness from the false matrix of fear, conflict, control, and separation.  In doing so, we are remembering, reawakening, and recognizing who we really are as multidimensional beings in Divine unity.  Within this unity, we recognize our relationship with each other, the larger family of intelligent beings, and all of creation.  We are of Source, free, and loving creative beings of spirit, soul, and body exchanging information and energy using our interior consciousness technology.

This is the time of choice that the Hopi and many other sacred traditions have referred to in their prophecy.  We can awaken to our true humanity of 5D consciousness and above, or we can remain in 3D which in the current shifting energies will turn into a negative 4D that is ever more horrifically dehumanizing than the current 3D world.  There is no choice to stay in the consciousness of the world as we have known it for thousands of years–the basic energy organization, vibration, and frequency is changing.  What is still to be determined is how the energy will shift for the human collective incarnate on earth.

While we are evolving to a fifth dimensional humanity within a 5D earth, we do not yet understand the exact mechanisms of how this process transitions.  Thus, through our consciousness, we must continue to approach it through choice and energy flux, and not from a deterministic viewpoint.  While we know that it is moving to a fifth dimensional unity consciousness, we must approach the work of its continuing transition from a point of view of free choice.

In order to exercise this free choice both personally and for humanity as a whole, we need to discern from a heart consciousness.  In this process, we are being assisted by ET, interdimensional, and angelic beings.  But we must do the work to connect to the true self of our being.  All the answers to our knowledge, understanding, transformation, and ascension are within our heart center.  By going within, we are connected to our infinite nonlocal self.  By reconnecting to the spirit/soul/body self, all knowledge can become manifest.

With all of the truth within, we need to shift our frequency to align with our true self in Divine unity.  In this transformational and evolutionary process, we are awakening and establishing dormant information pathways and raising the capacity of our higher frequency vibration to be able to express higher dimensions of light.  As we do this through spiritual practices, meditation, healing, etc., it is helpful to be more fully aware of the false frequencies that have been invading all of 3D life on earth for thousands of years.  This false grid of inharmonic frequency resonates fear, conflict, and egoic polarity consciousness in the human being.  They pervade all of life–religion, politics, economics, media, food, water, air, music, television, and all forms of entertainment.  As we become more of our true self in heart consciousness, we are better able to discern our infusion within these negative frequencies as we raise our own vibration.  Therefore, we can use our free choice to minimize our exposure as we are aligning our energy and consciousness with fifth dimensional and above energy.

First and foremost, we must do our inner work.  As we do this, we must be careful not to get caught up in the tremendous amount of information, misinformation, and disinformation.  The Hopi identify this feeling state in saying “we are the ones we have been waiting for.”  Nobody is shifting humanity on earth to a fifth dimensional consciousness for us.  When we understand that our own heart-centered consciousness and inner technology is what drives our evolution and ascension, we will truly open to the guidance and support we are receiving from our greater galactic and spiritual family.

When we truly commit to knowing that our inner work of consciousness is how we successfully shift to the fifth dimension and beyond, our partnership with other beings that have always been with us will be revealed.  Outside information is still very important.  However, we are to allow it to come to us, not to use our mind dimension alone to search to figure out how it all works.  We will know and understand, but we will get there from a higher domain of heart and Divine mind consciousness. 

As we move beyond the evolutionary corrective energetic of the nine consciousness waves, let us become aware of the fullness of the complex energetic mix of frequencies that have been the human experience on earth.  May we become more aware of the false frequencies that have intervened in our world, and focus our energy on being the true heart consciousness within.

Heart-Centered Knowledge in the Time of Shifting Dimensions

There has never been a time where so much contradictory information and disinformation is changing on a daily basis, even among sincere seekers and thoughtful persons who desire an evolving humanity to a higher consciousness.

While all types of information can assist our awakening and evolutionary transformation to a fifth dimensional consciousness, if the information does not resonate with your heart consciousness, then the information is being used knowingly or unknowingly to distract.  The activity of using information to activate both the first three chakras and the 3D level of the thinking mind creates a lower density vibrational frequency of fear and negativity.  We will find truth only within the frequency of the heart in the harmonic multidimensional human being.

We are in a time where we must open to the heart and reside within its wisdom.  Only in the heart, will we open to the higher dimensions of mind and greater knowledge of our multidimensional being, the universe, and dimensionless spiritual realms.  At this point in the dimensional shift, it is vital to go beyond the attachment to the fear, conflict, and control resonance.

That means we can learn and take in as much outside information as we can handle if it does not take us out of heart consciousness.  If the pursuit of thinking, knowledge, and understanding pulls us away from a heart-centered vibration in the Divine love and creativity, we must re-center and balance within the heart.  This time is all about establishing a new balance in the heart. 

As we move through the transition phase into the dynamic phase of the dimensional shift, we are being guided to a more inner wisdom where the mind’s reliance on outside information does not assist the heart resonance in the way it once did.  It is a shift to truly looking for the answers from within the heart of our being, instead of waiting primarily for outside information to understand what is happening in the dimensional shift. 

This does not mean that we eliminate outside information.  It means that we use it only based on synchronistic experience, spiritual guidance, and when it is in service of the heart.  Thus, it is not a question of the pursuit of a great quantity of outside information or no outside information at all.  Rather, it is a change in the state of consciousness that determines how we discern the way we seek and input the information into our transformation to a fifth dimensional unity consciousness.

The danger in the current information climate is when it perpetuates a fear-based consciousness of conflict, control, and separation.  May we become more discerning through our bodily, feeling, and heart consciousness in how we use and follow outside information.  In this way, we will resonate and further develop into a heart-centered unity consciousness of a fifth dimensional humanity on earth.

New Energy in the Dimensional Shift

We are now entering an important time period in the heart of the transition phase of the dimensional shift.

My last blog article discussed continuing to choose heart consciousness as we move through this transition phase.  The choice to remain in the heart is vital for our evolution and transformation as we journey toward the beginning of the dynamic period of transformation and ascension in a few months time.

Within the past week, we are receiving and opening up to very high frequency energy via hyperdimensions, the galactic center, and the transformation of these frequencies through the solar system.  This energy at the solar system level is primarily reflected to us from the increasing m-class and x-class solar flares and coronal mass ejections.  While the subtle and physical spectrum energies of the sun do not reflect all of this incoming energy, much of this energy is processed by the earth and the human consciousness and body from the sun’s manifestation.  We connect with this energy through the earth and our resonance with the higher dimensions of our multidimensional being. 

The energies that are coming in present us with a dramatic new feel.  They have provided another increase in time acceleration, as well as assisting the physical body to tranform to a higher density vibration.  There are many ways that the physical body is responding to the changes in DNA and the cellular level–many of these are classified in lists of ascension symptoms.  One way that the body is responding to changing frequencies is by requiring lighter food.  This is part of the transformation of the body to a faster vibration and less dense form of matter.

As the new energy is coming in, it is combining with other major consciousness frequencies on the planet.  This includes the earth’s resonance through natural earth change activity, the information of false 3D and 4D fear and control systems, the overall level of human consciousness vibration, and assistance from extraterrestrial, higher dimensional, and angelic beings.

All of this interaction is resulting in a paradoxical mix of both a centered calm and a dynamic unsteady awareness.  We cannot be certain how these energies will move and integrate over the next several weeks.  This time period represents the core of the transition period of the dimensional shift.  How these energies integrate still depends greatly on our conscious and soul level personal and collective choice.

In whatever way these energies integrate and manifest on the earth and within humanity, we need to be heart-centered and open to our continual healing, evolution, and transformation to the true self in Divine Being.  It is also best to be prepared if the mix of current consciousness and energy manifests in more earth changes–earthquakes, volcanoes, storms, etc.  May we successfully ride the waves of the new energies as we heal and evolve to a fifth dimensional unity consciousness.

Heart Consciousness and the Next Wave of the Dimensional Shift

We are now in a time where the Earth energy is accelerating to its next level of vibration along the pathway of the dimensional shift.  The next three months, August through October are a critical juncture in both earth ascension, and human awakening and evolution to a fifth dimensional consciousness.

This is a transition period in our human transformation to unity consciousness.  The months of March through June represented the first phase of this transition period.  The high frequency energy received by the solar system from the galaxy in July has moved us directly into the main stage of transition which will occur until November.

The transitional phase represents a much more spontaneous opportunity for awakening, healing, and transformation.  The years 2008-2010 were a time of choosing the path of accelerated healing.  During this time, we were able to chart pathways of practice and healing modalities that would accelerate us toward a heart-centered unity consciousness.  Prior to the accelerated choice period begun in 2008, healing and evolution were much more of a slow grinding process over many years of work.

Now that we have moved from the first part of the transition period into the main sequence of transition, we must heal and stay within the heart as we are guided on a daily basis.  The key to the transition time is to keep bringing your focus into the heart.  In this way, your pathway of awakening and evolution will be directly furthered by the higher self, higher dimensional guidance, and spiritual assistance.

In this process, the multidimensional capabilities of the mind as organized by the intelligence of the heart are emerging.  From here on forward, human planning, choice, and action will ensue from a unity of multidimensions.  No longer will the reasoning egoic action of the 3D mind be the sole determiner of choice, decision, and action. 

This is why the pathway of healing and evolution is now taking on a different tone.  The choices of awakening, learning, and healing are being moved more by our expanding multidimensional awareness.  During the time of transition,  humanity’s choice to awaken to a heart consciousness in Divine unity is still available.   What is different is that the frequency of the choosing consciousness now operates from a higher earth-based and galactic frequency. 

In addition to the more spontaneous choice of human consciousness of heart-centered healing in this time of transition, it is also vitally important to become aware of the false 4D frequencies that are working to slow the Earth ascension and human evolution to a fifth dimensional unity consciousness.  The false light works to maintain fear and control frequencies through a dense low vibratory consciousness grid.

The fear, conflict, and control system affects all Earth systems and human institutions, i.e., earth changes, climate, governments, economic systems, education, media, and entertainment.  This system of the controllers is embedded within the larger galactic evolution, solar and planetary cycles, and earth human soul evolution.  The unveiling of its actions is becoming more apparent because of the present earth and human dimensional shift.  As the dimensional shift is proceeding into its transitional phase, it is becoming ever more important to be aware of the false 3D and 4D matrix.

Within the past twenty-five years of the dimensional shift in consciousness, we have been in a preparatory phase of understanding the shift through spiritual, ancient wisdom, metaphysical, cosmological, galactic, 3D fear and control systems, higher dimensions, ET and interdimensional beings, angelic beings, and consciousness and energy healing modalities, etc.  Now, the purpose of the transitory phase is to prepare us to shift to a “how to” phase that will be part of the dynamic stage of the awakening and shift into the fifth dimension on earth.  

The remainder of the transitory phase and the beginning of the dynamic stage is a period of significant challenge in awakening, healing, and transformation.  The opening to true multidimensional being will enable many to evolve their consciousness so that humanity can make it through the turbulence of the fear-based 3D and 4D forces attempting to impede human choice in aligning with the dimensional shift to a unity consciousness.

Thus, as we continue through the next few months of the main stage of the transitory phase, we need to focus on being heart-centered and becoming more and more aware of all the frequencies and vibrations that are active in our current dimension.  May we all seek to follow the unity, harmony, peace, and creativity of our true multidimensional self in Divine unity.

The Multidimensional Human–Unity of Consciousness and Body

In a fifth dimensional consciousness, we know and understand that there is no separation between consciousness and the body or between mind and matter.

By being primarily restricted to a narrow range of 3D consciousness throughout the past thousands of years, humans have become increasingly conditioned to perceive a foundational separation between mind and matter.  As we continue to awaken to a heart-centered unity consciousness, a more accurate understanding of the unified organization of consciousness and the body throughout all dimensions is emerging.

The core misunderstanding is that consciousness and matter are distinct, but interrelate with each other in many multiple complex ways.  One way this expresses even in a spirit/soul/mind worldview, is through the philosophy of mind/matter dualism with the primacy of mind.  Here, we find that a dimensional and reincarnational understanding of intelligent beings can be maintained while still remaining restricted to a 3D polarity/duality consciousness that sees the physical form as separate.  In this view, the body is seen as a separate temporary vehicle inhabited by the mind/soul/spirit for experience in 3D planetary life.

While intelligent incarnate beings have many vehicles of physical form throughout their infinite journey in the universe dimensions and the nondimensional spiritual realms, we no longer need to limit ourselves to an illusory separation of consciousness and body.  As we awaken and evolve into a 5D unity consciousness, we become aware that the intelligent being is entirely consciousness.

Consciousness is the all.  Here, we are using consciousness in its broadest meaning by being synonymous with Divine Being, Source, Spirit, soul, heart, and mind.  The infinite spiritual essence and being emanates consciousness as light, information, and energy.  The key is intelligent organization according to frequency and vibration.  Consciousness manifests in varying rates of vibration and density across dimensions.  Matter is not separate from consciousness. In essence, matter is consciousness vibrating at specific frequencies.

All exists in a dimensional continuum of frequencies.  Dimensions one through three are the most dense vibrations of consciousness.  When elements of consciousness are organized at these slow frequencies and densities, we call it “matter.” We also refer to it as the 3D physical plane and physical body.

Therefore, we can now understand the term “matter” as describing consciousness in its slower more dense states.  The human physical body is consciousness intelligently organized into a vehicle for experience and manifestation.  The infinite soul becomes one with the body in all its incarnational experiences throughout star systems, dimensions, and nondimensional spiritual realms.  Even though physical matter of the body changes form, the consciousness that organized its vibration is infinite and eternal.  The memory of all creation is an infinite existence as part of the one Source.

As we are awakening and evolving into a more unified multidimensional human, a shift in our consciousness to the awareness of the unity of consciousness and the body will further our evolution and ascension to a foundational organization at the fifth dimensional level.  In this transformation, we will continue to have physical bodies on earth, but with a lighter density. Consciousness as the physical systems of the body will fully resonate in the harmony and flow of a heart-centered unity consciousness.

The Evolution of the Physical Body into a 5D Light Body

The physical body is evolving into a higher frequency configuration and organization of light, information, consciousness, and energy.

With the current Earth and solar system alignment with the galactic core, we are receiving high energy waves and particles that are enabling, through our consciousness, an increase in both the frequency and vibration of the physical body.  As this acceleration continues to increase, we are given the opportunity to evolve in consciousness and thus transform the physical body.

The physical body is an incredibly complex intelligent organization of nonphysical and physical light and sound that is an aspect of what we refer to as spirit, soul, heart, and mind.  The organization of matter that is the body is an aspect of soul, mind, or consciousness vibrating at given lesser density frequencies.

For the past many thousands of years, the earth human physical body has been evolving within the lowest 3D density.  Now, because of the universe and galactic cycles, in conjunction with the Divine plan of soul evolution, the earth human 3D physical body is shifting to a less dense 5D physical body.  With human responsibilty for dimensional evolution, we are being guided and assisted by interstellar, interdimensional, and angelic intelligent beings through the hierarchy of Spirit to further the transformation of the spirit, soul, and body earth human.

At this point, the healing of the many emotional blocks, intergenerational traumas, and past life wounds is necessary in order to allow the body the ability to move with the higher frequency energy to evolve the information to the DNA, cells, and all physical systems.  These blocks include the whole array of limiting beliefs and conflict driven energy that is the very narrow band of consciousness of the fear, control, and separation system of the lower third dimension.

Without letting go of the conflict and control energies, the human consciousness and its vehicle aspect of the physical body will not be able to adapt to the higher frequency fields that interpenetrate the Earth.  Planetary ascension is coordinated with the evolving human ascension to a 5D unity consciousness. The lighter density of fifth dimensional consciousness, and its aspect of vibrating physical bodies, express a peaceful, harmonic, cooperative, and synergistic creative action. 

We are at a point in the shift where we will need to continually ease the burden on our mind and body so as to move to the next stage in consciousness of the light body.  As the veil continues to lift, we want to keep pace with the Divine timing of the increasing energy of the ascension process.  We need to avoid any unecessary attachments to energies of all kinds that will slow both consciousness and body from its required ability to transition to a unity consciousness and lighter density body.

Only at a unity consciousness level of fifth dimensional organization can humans on Earth join the interplanetary, intergalactic, and interdimensional civilizations of 5D and above.  A humanity immersed within the lowest density of 3D that is the fear, conflict, and control system, is quarantined on Earth through multiple restrictions in our consciousness and physical systems.

We cannot explore here all of the elements of a fifth dimensional physical body.  The 5D light body and its physical expression is a significant evolution and transformation from the present 3D physical body organization.  With the change in matter to a higher frequency, the full multidimensional capabilties of the spirit, soul, body system are restored.  Some of these areas include evolved ways of receivership capacity of the brain, nourishment, cellular regeneration, sleep, travel, and communication.  All of these higher dimensional expressions involve energetic and nonlocal consciousness.

Our shift and transformation to a 5D unity consciousness and corresponding physcial body will evolve earth humanity to the true self in Divine unity.  This unity is a multidimensional being of love, freedom, goodness, and creativity.

Surging Galactic Energy and the Evolving Human Consciousness

We are now receiving high dimensional frequencies of light and energy in the Earth and within human consciousness.  Many of these frequencies are emanating from the galactic center and are being transferred to us via a relay from the sun.

Some of these frequencies we would describe as “new” because humans have not had ready access to these bands within an earth incarnation for between 12,000 and 26,000 years. These multidimensional frequencies emanate from beyond our time and space physical dimension. 

Some of these frequencies move at the etheric, emotional, and mind levels which travel faster than all the spectrums of physical light.  The higher frequency domains, in which we now have a more open access through increased healing and more harmonious subtle energetic dimensions of spirit, soul, and body, exist at the level of the Spirit in the heart and are non-local.  Thus, these energies really do not travel.  They manifest according to the information and intent of consciousness according to coordinates in a universal field. 

We see the 3D effects of the galactic energies in the recent activity of the sun through many M class and a few X class solar flares.  They emit plasma and electromagnetic charged particles which affect the earth as they penetrate through areas of the earth’s weakening magnetic field.  One area in which we see these energies reflected at the physical level is in earthquakes, volcanoes, and volatile shifting weather patterns.

These subtle energies emerge from higher dimensions and are transduced into the physical dimension through torsion fields.  These vortex spin energies are stepped down from lighter to more dense frequencies as they traverse from dimension to dimension.  The dimensions extend in a continuum from first through sixth physical dimensions, to the seventh through twelfth wholly non-physical dimensions, and beyond to the purely spiritual dimensions.  Many of these energies are stepped down into the 3D physical from within the galactic center.  They in turn interact with the sun and are then transferred to the Earth.

The Divine and angelic hierarchy, along with the assistance of other intelligent extraterrestrial and interdimensional beings, coordinate the higher spiritual evolution with the timing of galactic cycles, Earth ascension, and the soul evolution of humanity.  We are currently at a major shift point where the information and energy is enabling a decision point to heal, transform, evolve, and ascend to a fifth dimensional unity consciousness on Earth.

During the past two months, there has been a major surge in high frequency energy.  This seems to correlate with the beginning of the ninth wave of the universal underworld according to Carl Johan Calleman’s understanding of the transformation of consciousness through the Mayan Calendar.  These energies are opening the potential for accelerated healing and transformation of human consciousness and the bioenergy field.  

We have the opportunity to shift the Earth human to the true self in Divine unity. This is the essence of the human soul in unity with God expressed in the spirit, soul, and body form.  We are now within an energetic opening where we have the potential to evolve the multidimensional human to a higher dimensional incarnate light being within an Earth incarnation.

In these times, it is important to keep our consciousness grounded to the Earth and continue to move steadily through the increasing waves of energy.  This will allow the deeper healing, transformation, and evolution of the spirit, soul, heart, mind, emotions, and body.  As we continue to anchor in and integrate the influx of light, information, consciousness, and energy, we evolve into our true self in Divine unity.

We are working to consciously manifest the essence of our infinite and eternal being through our incarnate consciousness on Earth.  This is the movement to the heart-centered unity consciousness of the fifth dimension.

High Energy Transformation and the Birth of a New Earth

As our solar system continues to move across the galactic center, humanity on earth is being given a greater access to high energy particles of light, information, and consciousness.

The influx of high energy is giving us the opportunity for accelerated healing and transformation.  It is an unprecedented time on earth to heal all lifetimes of karma, generational wounds, and polarity conditioning of fear, conflict, and separation.  Our current level of soul evolution within a physical incarnation can choose to transform, evolve, and ascend to a higher frequency physical incarnation of the light body in the fifth dimension.

This momentous elevation in human incarnate consciousness could not take place without the interaction of shifting energy throughout the galaxy and dimensions of the universe. These movements of light, information, consciousness, and energy are being coordinated by the Divine, the angelic spiritual hierarchy, and by the assistance of benevolent extraterrestrial and ultradimensional intelligent beings.

The base organization of human consciousness cannot go from a stability of third dimensional polarity to a fifth dimension unity consciousness without an upgrade of all fields of consciousness and subtle energy on earth.  Therefore, a transformation to a higher human consciousness of spirit, soul, and body will occur along with a new earth. 

Thus, we are at a point in the process of accelerated evolution where we can understand the knowledge of a shift to a fifth dimensional human within a new earth frequency.  What we do not yet know is the exact nature of the completed reality and its specific timing, as well as the mechanisms and unfolding process for its transformation.

Views on the nature of the shift and transformative movement vary from less elevated views of humanity’s future on earth to more elevated metaphysical existences in higher dimensional bodies.  Of the lesser elevated views of a current major human and earth shift, some believe that humanity is transitioning back to a golden age according to the cycles of the four ages–golden, silver, bronze, and iron, as well as the 26,000 year cycle of the precession of the equinoxes.  Walter Cruttenden’s theory of the cyclical action of a binary star would be an example of this view. 

Some believe that the current third dimensional earth will be able to host Divine humans experiencing and expressing the highest light and frequencies of God within the densest level of third dimensional form.  Here, we would be able to live the fullness of 9 or 12 dimensions within the 3D physical earth.  Barbara Hand Clow’s work of the “Alchemy of the Nine Dimensions” would be an example of this view. This viewpoint includes many variations of understanding humanity on earth as a kind of experiment to bring the highest of the infinite within the most dense frequency of matter. 

Others believe that the current earth will transcend into the fifth dimensional frequency range within this universe.  An example of this view is Carl Johan Calleman’s interpretation of the Mayan Calendar as a map of the evolution and transformation of consciousness to the no-time state of unity consciousness. Other examples within this view include Teilhard de Chardin’s noosphere, Sri Aurobindo’s supramental consciousness, Jose Arguelles’ galactic synchronization to synchronic time, and the emergence of the fourth density earth and human of the Ra material channeled through Carla Rueckert.

Along these lines of higher dimensions, still others believe the earth and humanity will be birthed into a different and/or new universe.  J.J. Hurtak’s “The Keys of Enoch” is an example within this view.  And yet another possibility is the birthing of a new 5D earth while the 3D earth remains in existence within the third dimension.  Human choice in healing and transformation will determine whether the soul’s incarnate existence will move to the new 5D earth, stay in 3D earth, or move into spirit world or other incarnate experience.  This view has been put forth by past life regressionist Dolores Cannon.

Adding to the uncertainty is the confusion over the mechanism and process of transition.  We seem to have an infinite number of combinations of catastrophe/cataclysm and less volatile transcendence to a golden age or higher dimension.  They range in extremes of both to endless combinations of possibilities in how they both occur at the same time.

When we factor in galactic cycles, earth changes, magnetic fields, the sun, astrology, other astronomical bodies such as a binary brown dwarf star, and the choice of human consciousness, the current conscious awareness of the human mind is not yet capable of putting together the knowledge of such a grand and complex system.  This is why we see many seekers, researchers, metaphysicians, scientists, and mystics at this time displaying a dramatic flux in trying to communicate what is happening and what will happen throughout the shift.

This is a time period to take in all various views and pieces of the puzzle, while staying focused on our personal transformation of consciousness and our unity with each other.  As we proceed to heal, transform, and evolve, the information that we need to know will be presented to us in Divine timing according to our personal mission at this point in our soul evolution.

Because the patterns of this type of earth and human consciousness ascension can be unlimited, it is important for us not to block out information, nor fall into excessive fear because we are not given the conscious ability to understand such a complexity at a given moment in time.

We are transforming to a new level of unity consciousness that is closer to our true self in Divine unity as the earth energy is transitioning to support the higher level of human life.  Because we are beings that want to know more than our current consciousness may be ready for, which is perfectly natural to our evolution of infinite growth, these times of accelerating change can be very challenging.  Therefore, we must work to keep our desire to know in balance.  As we continue to transform and open to further knowledge, the next stage of our understanding will unfold.  This will require greater degrees of an open mind, an ability to discern knowledge, and trust. 

May we fully choose to heal all karmic attachments and transform to the higher dimensions of the light body as we move beyond 3D polarization consciousness to the unity consciousness of the fifth dimension and beyond.

Heart Consciousness as Center of the Fifth Dimensional Light Body

When we stay restricted to the polarity of the third dimension,  human beings experience the world through the cerebral intelligence of the ego consciousness.  The dualistic cerebral intelligence is the consciousness of our lower mind which functions at the third dimensional level through perpetual comparison, contrast, and separation.

Our whole being of the true self in Divine unity lives from a multidimensional consciousness, and only uses the dualistic cerebral consciousness for practical actions within the third dimension.  The heart consciousness emanates from the center of being.  The heart opens at 4D and 5D frequencies, and utilizes the higher mind in a direct apprehension of knowledge, wisdom, love, and harmony. 

The consciousness of the heart is a unitary consciousness.  Our awakening to heart consciousness restores our conscious awareness of the human true self as a multidimensional being.

In contrast, the primary organization of conscious awareness at the 3D duality frequencies of the cerebral mind actually separates the human being from its groundedness in Divine Being.  The limitation of the dualistic frequencies of the mind forces an almost complete focus on the external levels of matter.  This is the human fall into the frequency of the most dense level of physical matter.

In order to more fully open the heart center, we need to come back into the groundedness of our physical bodies with earth, solar, and galactic frequency.  We can more easily do this as we move beyond the fear, doubt, separation, conflict, and control of the polarity consciousness vibration.

By anchoring our soul and spirit firmly within the physical body, the heart has a strong foundation to emanate, organize, and communicate our multidimensional unity.  The heart is the center for all light, information, and energy through all dimensions.  The multidimensional heart includes an interior vortex through which we access all dimensions of our nonlocal infinite being while participating in physical incarnate form.

The heart is central in the consciousness of our multidimensional cosmic and celestial being.  We must anchor its unity consciousness in and throughout the body, and we must develop the receiving capacities of the higher mind in order to express our fullness in Divine unity.

This means that the unity of the heart uses the upper chakras of the throat, third eye, crown, and extended multidimensional chakras of the 8th through 12th.  These centers of information, consciousness, and energy are vital receiving capabilities of signals from the field of consciousness throughout the dimensions.  In these upper chakras, the higher mind works through the lower physical structures of the brain, endocrine, and nervous systems.  The channels of the upper chakras must be clear and developed in order to receive higher frequency information and energy from multidimensions.

The coordinating center of the heart enables the open higher chakra channels to process the information received from interdimensional communication.  Without the heart’s multidimensional unity, even open higher centers cannot process this information independently from the heart. 

The unity of the heart is our consciousness that we are awakening, evolving, transforming, and restoring.  The heart’s multidimensional unity, in full unity with the physical body and the higher mind, is the foundational expansion of our fifth dimensional and beyond light body.

Grounding of Consciousness as Foundation of the Light Body

As multidimensional cosmic beings, we must open to our true self in Divine unity from within our current incarnated consciousness on earth. 

This means that our consciousness must be firmly grounded within our body and its connection to the earth in each moment of the “now.”  The awareness of our consciousness strongly integrated and unified within our body is the firm foundation of our multidimensional being, and is the “house built on a solid foundation” that Jesus describes.

When our full consciousness and energy is grounded within our body, we are connected to the Earth, Sun, other star systems, the Galactic Center, multidimensions, the spiritual planes, and the universe.  From our position on earth, we first realize that our mind and heart dimensions are an expansive non-locality.  Therefore, in order to be everywhere we must be fully present right here in our physical body.

The journey of transformation, evolution, remembering, reawakening, and ascension to our light body consciousness needs the firm foundation of our consciousness grounded in the body.  As we proceed in the healing of the soul, mind, and body of unconscious emotions, inherited ancestral beliefs, and past life negative encodings, we change the frequencies of our DNA, endocrine, and nervous systems.  This furthers are ability to ground consciousness in the body which provides a foundation for the body to hold successively higher frequencies of multidimensional light. 

We have been living in a fallen lower state of consciousness because we have been disconnected from our true self in Divine unity.  All fear, conflict, and separation has ungrounded our consciousness from the body.  Our multidimensional energies have been distorted through lower frequencies which results in a sensation/feeling of unease throughout the body.

This subtle energetic disconnection from grounded consciousness causes a search for connection from the outside world.  Here we have the cerebral consciousness of the mind and the unconscious mind with its conditioning of negative emotional coding and beliefs.  This entire conditioning has scattered consciousness from the center of our beings to an incessant attachment to attempting to seek wholeness from the outside.

This ego mind consciousness is separated from the higher mind and heart of the true self in Divine unity.  Ultimately, its entire search for the self and the Divine by looking outside is illusory.  The connection resides on the inside that is within.  Only with a firm groundedness of our consciousness within our body are we consciously unified with self, God, all forms of creation, other intelligent beings, and the cosmos.

In order to ground our full consciousness within the body and the earth, we must not only understand that our connection to higher consciousness is “within” by using our intellect, we must understand our connection by experiencing and feeling our consciousness throughout our body.

Our wholeness in Divine unity emanates from our infinite consciousness that is accessed and experienced through the connection within our own bodies.  When we silence our lower mind’s thought patterns and quiet the body, we connect to self and Divine within.  As we continue to build our ability to ground our consciousness in the body, we will more easily connect to higher dimensions because we can hold higher frequencies of light and energy in the body. 

We unite with the entire universe along the infinite and eternal grid of information, consciousness, and energy.  When we are connected from within, our conscious awareness expands beyond the confines of the field of the physical body.  We are one with the Source that is everywhere in the Divine field. 

With a firm foundation we can continue to awaken and transform to our light body.  The light body is our true multidimensional being of a unitary heart consciousness.  The ascended consciousness of the light body connects from within.  In this connection is love, peace, unity, and creativity on earth and throughout the galaxy, cosmos, and spiritual dimensions.
