At the end, she encapsulates all previous information about the dimensional shift. Evidently this is a BIG deal and very complex. But the upshot of the whole thing is that as we choose what we want in our life, it comes into being. Therefore there will be many different levels of layers of different "earths" being populated, depending on what we desire. Maybe this is what happens when the vibrational levels go up and we (well, those who desire to) can access more 4D, we end up with near instant manifestation. Just read Doloros Cannons newest on the 3 waves of volunteers and the New Earth. At the end, she encapsulates all previous information about the dimensional shift.

That means all particles of matter, e.g. atoms, contain vast potential energy, e.g. one gram can produce 25 million kWh of electricity: the foundation for developing nuclear power. Perhaps we can reinterpret, and adjust, that formula to help us to better understand the relationships between divine Essence, matter and consciousness: E=mc^f(x). Unlike the speed of light, which is a constant, there are now no exact measurements for consciousness. In this hypothetical formula, basic consciousness may be of insects, to the second power of animals and to the third power the rational mind of humans. The fourth power is suprarational consciousness of mystics, when they intuit the divine essence in perceived matter. Any practice that allows the flow of love is a good candidate for developing heart consciousness. Of course, there is much that fits within that category that wouldn't be considered a spiritual practice. Those ways can be the best as there is freedom from expectation. I believe that heart consciousness felt as pure love initiates a transformation of one’s being that leads to spiritual progress in the most automatic and natural way possible.
