At the end, she encapsulates all previous information about the dimensional shift. Evidently this is a BIG deal and very complex. But the upshot of the whole thing is that as we choose what we want in our life, it comes into being. Therefore there will be many different levels of layers of different "earths" being populated, depending on what we desire. Maybe this is what happens when the vibrational levels go up and we (well, those who desire to) can access more 4D, we end up with near instant manifestation.
